Send alarms via landline (PSTN)
This is the simplest way to send alarm events to our monitoring platform. You can use your alarm panel modem if it has one, or a device called a Digital Communicator or Digicom. They both connect your alarm panel to the phone line to transmit alarm signals to our alarm receiver.
GSM/GPRS - Mobile Phone Network
If you don't have a PSTN landline, or think it may be cut in a burglary, then you can use a GSM terminal called CellAlarm-GSM to transmit signals to our receivers over the Mobile Phone Network.
Broadband DSL or Cable Internet (IP)
Using an Internet enabled alarm communicator like the DigiNet (shown below) or Linksys PAP2T allows us to monitor the connection between your alarm panel and our monitoring server. All that is required is for you to connect it between your alarm panel and your router and we will alert you within a second if your alarm event occurs.
